The Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Nigeria-South Korea Parliamentary Friendship Group, Hon. Nnamdi Ezechi has expressed his heartfelt condolences to the South Korean government and the families of the victims of the tragic Jeju Air Flight 7C2216 crash at Muan International Airport in South Korea, which occurred just after 9am local time on Sunday, 29th December, 2024.

In a statement, Hon. Ezechi described the incident, which claimed the lives of 179 people, as a devastating tragedy. He reaffirmed Nigeria's solidarity with South Korea, expressing hope for the strength of the affected families and the swift recovery of survivors.
